Analysis of online buzz is a highly effective way of understanding the current and future effects of advertising.

Last but not least we help clients improve their advertising effectiveness by analysing the initial response to new ads and campaigns.

One of our clients, a global mobile phone brand, launched a four month campaign with heavy focus on prime time TV advertising. By analysing the buzz immediately following the launch we were able to see that the ad was creating confusion among existing and potential customers. This was fed back to the client who, in the space of one week, made small correction to the ad the effectively cleared the confusion. The remainder of the campaign was a great success, but had they not intervened so rapidly (a matter of hours after evidence of the confusion first appeared), this would most likely not have been the case.
