Onalytica is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Onalytica may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. Please ensure that you are happy with any changes.
The personal data we collect about you depends on the Services you use. For example, if you use Onalytica Discover and Map, the data we collect about you would be different than that which we collect about a user who only accesses Onalytica Influencer Relationship Management (“Onalytica IRM”).
If you register as a user of any of our Services, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, contact telephone number, the organization you work for, your address, a username and password and other information relevant to the Services we provide. We may also submit payment information from you to stripe.com in order to take payment for our Services. Card details are not collected by Onalytica. If you are not an administrative user for your account, the same information about you may be provided by another user in your organization or third party. We may also collect other information directly from you, from time to time.
If you contact our customer success teams, we will collect the information we need to categorize your question and respond to it. We also use this information to track potential issues with our Application Services and customize our support responses to improve our service to end users.
We collect information about you when you use any part of our Services. For example, if you are logged in to your Onalytica Discover account, we will collect information on login frequency, what search queries are carried out, what influencer results you searched through and other interactions within our SaaS application. We may also collect information about how you interact with messages we send to you through 3rd party software.
We collect information about the device you use to use our Services, including operating system details, web browser type, your mobile device identifier and mobile operating system, and the name of your ISP or mobile carrier. We may also collect your location information if your device permits this.
We also infer information about you based on the information you have provided or made available to us such as time zone and location. This may include personalizing your experience of using our Services, suggesting different Services you may be interested in trying, or other inferences about you.
We are constantly trying to improve our Services to you. This means that we are introducing new features of our Services regularly, some of which may result in the collection of new information from you.
Onalytica uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our application. Although Onalytica owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Onalytica application, you retain all rights to your data.
USAGE BY MINORS PROHIBITED
