Internally we organise team lunches once or twice a week, meet twice a month for a company briefing session and attend work related events and conferences, both nationally and abroad.

From the point of induction, we regularly meet with you on a 1:1 basis to discuss your progress, air any ideas or concerns you might have.

Once a year we hold performance appraisals where we discuss your progress, set objectives, talk about your career aspirations (check they are still on track), any training requirements etc., and regularly meet to ensure we are on track throughout the year.
