Tim Williams – Chief Executive Officer

Tim has spent over 13 years working with Marketing & Comms professionals globally to help them engage with the key influencers in their industry and measure the Return on Engagement. He initially joined Onalytica as Commercial Director in 2012 primarily focusing on expanding the business and product development before taking over leadership of the business in June 2014.

Prior to Onalytica, Tim worked for DeHavilland, Adfero, Media Measurement and the Gorkana Group in both business development and managerial roles working in London and San Francisco.



Alistair Wheate – Head of Influencer Marketing Solutions, Onalytica

Previously as Head of Digital at Gorkana (now Cision) Alistair’s focus was to drive innovation in the delivery of new solutions to clients. This was recognised in successive years at the AMEC Awards, where his solutions received Gold and Platinum awards for Innovation for best new methodologies (2015), Most innovative use of measurement in a digital campaign (2015) and Best Use of Social Media Measurement (2014, 2013).



Dominik Nosalik – Director of Client Services

Dominik has 12 years agency experience delivering consumer, shopper and market insight, innovating products and pitching clients to drive successful growth in two market-outperforming, entrepreneurial companies. Proven ability in anticipating consumer needs, spotting trends, leading teams, and delivering strategic insights to FMCG and B2C clients.



Andrew Macleod – Technical Director

Andrew has a detailed understanding and experience across .Net stack (MVC/EF/TPL), AWS, SQL Server, CI, Product Management and Agile Team Management. He is in charge of Product management and development of Onalytica’s IRM SaaS platform – enabling clients to track, engage, and analyse influencers activities across social platforms.



Richard Goat – Advisor

For fifteen years Richard worked for IBM in North America and then the UK and Europe. In that time he gained an impressive reputation in software development, consultancy, sales management and marketing.

After leaving the mother ship, Richard has had multiple innovative start-ups in the UK and the US, with several successful trade sales.
Richard joined Onalytica in October 2014 as advisor to the management team focused on people, processes and planning for growth internationally.




Michael Birch – Non Executive Director

Michael is the founder of numerous Internet businesses including Bebo, Ringo and BirthdayAlarm. Michael is currently founder and CEO of Monkey Inferno, a company working on multiple new Internet start-ups.

Analytics have been a key reason for success in all of Michael’s businesses to date, hence the strong interest in the sophisticated techniques employed by Onalytica. Michael lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.




Paul Birch – Non Executive Director

Paul is co-founder of Bebo and BirthdayAlarm and in 2013 launched Makeshift.io, WHOY.com and Allparty.org.

Paul’s love of the Internet, his background in systems analysis and the value he saw in Onalytica’s insight, tools and services led him to invest and forge the relationship with Onalytica in 2009.
