When measuring share-of-impact all voices are weighted according to their topical influence. If a brand has more impact than its share-of-voice it is because it is more often mentioned by stakeholders with more influence on the issue analysed (music download). Conversely if a brand has less impact than its share-of-voice it either because the stakeholders who talk about this brand have less than average influence or because it is mentioned in a less exclusive context. |
